Hi everyone,

These last days of December, I'd like to share a small mindset shift that has carried me through seasons of transition and growth. It isn’t loud. It isn’t dramatic. But it works every single time.

I call it the 5% energy shift.

It’s the idea that you don’t need to rebuild your entire routine to feel grounded again. You just need to redirect a small amount of energy toward the things that genuinely stabilize you.

5% — calm
5% — clarity
5% — presence

And suddenly your week feels different.

Most people try to change everything at once. That’s why they burn out. A 5% shift is sustainable. It’s achievable. And it compounds faster than you expect.
